Replacement of existing two storey rear wing to end of terrace Victorian property in the Dartmouth Park Conservation Area, to add a roof terrace plus open plan Kitchen Dining with two bedrooms at first floor.

The modern intervention enhanced the family’s use and enjoyment of the Kitchen, as well as providing the additional external space of a roof top terrace. The blue brick with recessed joints and contrasting timber glazing resulted in an aesthetic in keeping with the clients’ artistic and graphic professions.
