Greencroft Gardens

Replacement of an existing conservatory with an enlarged unequal pitched rear extension with slate roof, which includes a timber clad veranda / deck with vertical timber batten screen. The veranda cantilevers to the rear with steps down to the garden and exposed steel column structure. Internally saw a full renovation with replacement kitchen and bathrooms. The full apartment included a new acoustic ceiling to improve sound quality between apartments above.
